Key Responsibilities: 1. Consular and Reception Services Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries. Provide general assistance for citizens and visitors, including scheduling appointments and handling documentation. Support document processing and coordination of consular services. Occasionally provide driving support for the senior official. 2. Administrative Support Prepare correspondence with public authorities and institutions in Italy and abroad. Translate documents (Italian ↔ English), including speeches, notes, and briefings. Monitor shared inboxes and manage correspondence in Italian and English. Support planning and logistics for visits and official events. Maintain filing systems, manage supplies, and handle general office tasks. Manage the official calendar and travel arrangements for staff. Assist with property and office management as needed. Perform occasional errands or deliveries to support daily operations. Qualifications: University degree in a relevant field. At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role. Fluency in English and Italian. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and social media platforms. Valid driver’s license. Additional Requirements: Flexibility to assist with driving duties on short notice. Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
