Your Responsibilities
Lead new and complex end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from initial planning and scoping through to implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal departments, external consultants, and vendors
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success
Support change management and user training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions
Your Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in managing SAP projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, or other modules)
Strong understanding of business processes and how they are mapped in SAP
Proven track record in project management, ideally with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SCRUM
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English, German and/or Italian are a plus
