We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels inspired, invested, cared for, valued, and have a strong sense of belonging. /pulliWhat You Can Expect /li /ulpWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to support our growing team of Inside Sales Representatives in the orthopaedic medical device space, covering France, Switzerland BeNeLux. /ppThis role involves providing leadership, mentorship, and coordination within a dotted-line management structure. The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring exceptional customer service. /pulliHow You'll Create Impact /liliPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities /liliTeam Support and Leadership /liliAct as the primary point of contact for Inside Sales Representatives, offering guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets. /liliCollaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to establish clear objectives and ensure alignment with company goals. /liliMotivate and inspire the team to maintain a high-performance culture. /liliMonitor and evaluate sales metrics, pipeline activity, and quota attainment for the team. /liliProvide ongoing feedback and implement strategies to improve performance where needed. /liliAssist in the development of sales campaigns and initiatives tailored to the orthopaedic market and country(ies) within your scope. /liliOperational Oversight /liliFacilitate daily team huddles and coordinate workload distribution among representatives. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to address client needs and opportunities. /liliOversee CRM usage to ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management, and adherence to sales processes. /liliTraining and Development /liliProvide mentorship and training for new and existing team members on products, sales techniques, and orthopaedic market trends. /liliIdentify skill gaps and recommend tailored training opportunities. /liliConduct shadowing sessions and role-playing exercises to enhance sales effectiveness. /liliCustomer Relationship Management /liliSupport the team in managing relationships with key orthopaedic accounts, surgeons, and healthcare professionals. /liliEnsure timely and effective follow-up on leads and customer inquiries. /liliReporting and Communication /liliPrepare and present regular performance reports and updates to the Inside Sales Leader as well as various Leadership Teams and your Regional Sales Manager peers. /liliCommunicate key updates, feedback, and action plans to the team. /liliWhat Makes You Stand Out /liliSales team leadership, coaching experience, motivation to build up and develop an Inside Sales team /liliStrong analytical understanding to drive performance and customer understanding /liliExcellent communication, oral and written skills /liliStrong familiarity with digital channels, excellent inside selling process experience using sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, analytics reporting, etc.) /liliPreferred : Knowledge related to medical devices / orthopaedics /liliKey products and services /liliKey stakeholders (hospitals, physicians, purchasing groups, etc. /liliYour Background /liliMinimum of 3 years in inside sales, preferably within the medical device or orthopaedic industry. /liliMinimum 2 years in an inside sales leadership role with matrix management /liliLanguage : Fluent in English and French /lili15 - 20% /liliPunctual travel to various countries in Europe according to business needs (i.e. : leadership and team meetings, company events etc.) /liliLyon /li /ulpEOE / M / F / Vet / Disability /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
