Summary
The Monitor Manufacturing Engineering Manager ensures continuous support for production activities to guarantee business continuity through process validation, continuous improvement, problem solving, industrialization, innovation, and training.
Your activity will focus on our dialysis machines production area, applying Lean Methodology such as One Piece Flow, Kanban, and process standardization. You’ll also be responsible for CAPEX management for the entire plant.
You’ll lead a team (~10 people), reporting to the Plant Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
* Review validation activities and manage the team executing validation protocols, procedures, work instructions, and OPLs.
* Manage CAPEX projects related to the manufacturing plant.
* Oversee industrialization processes, support prototyping, and manage production transfer projects (both transferring to and receiving from other locations).
* Handle change control activities for production lines and spare parts, ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.
* Supervise projects driven by the plant or launched by global departments impacting production.
* Manage budgets related to CAPEX, site projects, and team operations.
* Develop and manage the manufacturing engineering team.
* Collaborate with departments such as quality, R&D manufacturing, and others across sites.
What You’ll Bring
* Degree in Engineering or scientific disciplines.
* Solid experience in process industrialization/optimization and project management.
* Previous experience in Medical Device, Pharma, Automotive sectors, especially in complex/multinational environments, is preferred.
* Strong team management and communication skills.
* Problem-solving attitude with the ability to prioritize activities and projects.
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
