In this role you will be in constant relationship and alignment with warehouse colleagues for order preparation planning activities, with the transport office and distribution network for the management of volumes of work and for documentation of outgoing goods. You main activities will are: - Management of goods receipt and output activities - Work load management for products - Planning activities for the needs of the customer magazine - Report of the activities for the preparation of billing - Front Office towards the customer - Signaling work activities to manage the billing to the customer - Data collection for analysis of warehouse productivity Requirements: - Skilled with the Office Suite, in particular Excel - Good knowledge of English - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations
