Responsibilities
* Manage customer complaints and forward them to the relevant department for evaluation.
* Identify improvement actions and provide quick responses on possible solutions.
* Process reimbursement requests, ensuring consistency with company procedures and using the CRM and available software.
Qualifications
* High‑school diploma.
* Preferred commercial and marketing experience.
* Proficiency with core IT tools.
* Good English language skills.
Profile Characteristics
Proactivity, customer orientation, mediation and problem‑solving skills.
Offer
Fixed‑term temporary contract via staffing agency.
Location
Roma, full time 38h weekly, gross monthly € 2 200.
