Ph3Overview /h3pbSenior IT Manager Risk Compliance /b at bAvio Aero /b. The Principal - Regulatory Compliance Advisor will be responsible for ensuring the adoption of the NIST 800 framework within the Digital Technology (DT) organization and maintaining updates to the DT Avio Aero Policy. This role will focus on leading the implementation of NIST 800 standards, including 800-39, 800-30 Rev 1, 800-37, 800-171 Rev 3, 800-171A, 800-172, and 800-172A. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive the DT team to ensure all applications and services achieve full compliance with the NIST 800 framework. /liliReview, update, and maintain current DT Avio Aero policies, or create new ones as needed. /liliWork closely with Avio Aero business teams involved in Military Programs to support specific projects and initiatives related to architecture and infrastructure. /liliCollaborate with the Digital CTR team to improve security and technology in DT Military areas. /liliEstablish and maintain policies, guidelines, and procedures related to security and compliance for Military Programs, adhering to national and international regulations. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. /liliSignificant experience in NIST 800 adoption within an enterprise business. /liliExtensive experience in creating, managing, and updating DT policies. /liliStrong understanding of NIST 800 standards and modules. /liliEligible for security clearance under the Italian National Security Framework - NOS (art. 9, comma 4 Legge 3 agosto 2007, n. 124). /liliProven ability to work in international teams with a strong attitude toward collaboration and inclusiveness. /liliGood oral and written communication skills. /liliFluent in Italian and proficient in English (written and spoken). /liliEU work permit. /li /ulh3Desired Characteristics /h3ulliCertifications in NIST 800 and/or ISO 27001. /liliDemonstrated business analysis and problem-solving capabilities. /liliAbility to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. /liliStrong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. /liliCompetency in Lean methodologies. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pSmart working and work life-balance.
