- **Mandatory Expertise**: Must have essential experience in **PU & PVC coating and printing** processes.
- **Core Competencies**: Requires strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and good flexibility in decision-making and problem-solving.
- **Language**: Good **English communication** skills are required.
- **On-Time Delivery**: Manage the planning department to ensure goods are ready on time as requested by the sales department.
- **Quality & Monitoring**: Monitor production lines and conduct regular inspections to ensure strict adherence to **quality standards** and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- **Resource Management**: Effectively manage all production resources (raw materials, semi-products, inventory, and labor) to **optimize daily and long-term productivity**.
- **Machinery Maintenance**: Ensure all machinery is consistently available and ready for use, preventing maintenance issues during operation.
- **Workforce Coordination**: Coordinate and manage the workforce, including training and skills enhancement, to achieve efficient production output.
