Working location: South Vietnam - Mandatory Expertise: Must have essential experience in PU & PVC coating and printing processes. - Core Competencies: Requires strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and good flexibility in decision-making and problem-solving. - Language: Good English communication skills are required. - On-Time Delivery: Manage the planning department to ensure goods are ready on time as requested by the sales department. - Quality & Monitoring: Monitor production lines and conduct regular inspections to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and identify areas for continuous improvement. - Resource Management: Effectively manage all production resources (raw materials, semi-products, inventory, and labor) to optimize daily and long-term productivity. - Machinery Maintenance: Ensure all machinery is consistently available and ready for use, preventing maintenance issues during operation. - Workforce Coordination: Coordinate and manage the workforce, including training and skills enhancement, to achieve efficient production output. - Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation, and assist in implementing health, safety, and certification protocols as requested by top management.
