As part of this evolution, we are implementing a new ERP system. We are seeking an ERP SPECIALIST to act as a key internal resource for the implementation and ongoing development of our new ERP platform. This role is central to ensuring the successful integration of all core business functions into a unified digital ecosystem. WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO Map, analyze, and optimize business processes, with a focus on Production, Engineering, and Administration. Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners for the management of the ERP project (Microsoft Business Central). Oversee integration with PowerBI for reporting and KPI monitoring. Provide operational support and training to internal users. Propose continuous improvement solutions for processes and ERP usage. YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ERP SPECIALIST Previous experience in ERP implementation as a project lead, preferably with Microsoft Business Central (formerly NAV). Understanding of information flow in a project-based company that manages the full product lifecycle, from engineering to production. Experience managing software vendors, with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, including logic, content, and pricing. Basic skills in data analysis and reporting, preferably using PowerBI. Excellent interpersonal, listening, and change management skills. Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude. Educational background in technical or management fields (e.g., Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics). THESE QUALIFICATIONS WUOLD BE NICE TO HAVE: Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
