You will oversee the development of the team and ensure their goals are met. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely and professional execution of field service activities, managing customer expectations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will also perform troubleshooting, repair, installation, maintenance, customer training, and support for Marel machinery at customer facilities.
