The role supports Project Managers throughout project execution, ensuring financial compliance, cost monitoring and margin optimization. Responsibilities
Support Project and Bid Managers during offer and execution phases. Maintain accurate project accounting in SAP and align with local accounting standards (GAAP). Monitor cost calculations and pricing, updating ERP data. Analyze financial results, optimize gross project margin, cash flow and assets. Assist contract and claim management in partnership with the Contract Manager. Identify and assess risks and opportunities, supporting mitigation strategies. Proactively communicate with commercial clients to resolve issues. Support financial analysis, planning, control and reporting activities. Act in compliance with Business Conduct Guidelines, promoting trust and integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience supporting financial execution of projects in industrial or project-based companies. Familiarity with project controlling and complex financial processes. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Agile and digital mindset, eager to propose innovative solutions for digital transformation. Excellent written and spoken Italian and English. Teamwork attitude and excellent communication skills.
