Responsibility: › Contributing to the supply of the office with reference to drinks & food, office supplies, and also responsibility for managing related external service providers. › Coordinate with building management office on office maintenance, repair, updates, cleaning and fire drill › Onboarding: laptop purchase, phone purchase, office equipment, new hire welcome, badge › Organize all the events, quarterly sales meetings, team buildings and other functional/country level activity › Manage company stamps and maintain all the records, company certificates and official business records › Travel agency management, and travel arrangement for employees and managers › Laptop, mobile phone and other IT related procurement › Ordering and keeping track of keys, sim cards for new employees, collecting them from leaver › Assisting in the area of preparatory accounting and supporting the administration (invoice payments). › Travel expense management, with particular attention to compliance with company policies. › Running and instructing local invoicing-related administrative practises (cars, travel, etc.) › Assist with the Manager on other ad-hoc tasks Requirements: › Bachelor's degree in BA or similar qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary. › 1-2 years of relevant work experience › Quick learner › Good English language skill › Good communication skill
