You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's employment needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Main ResponsibilitiesYou will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidatesYou will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirementsYou will draft Job Descriptions with hiring manager and post JD on job portalsYou will source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, active search and employee referralsYou will screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and personality fitYou will coordinate and schedule interviewYou will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processYou will negotiate job offers and follow up with candidates on complete processRequirementsBachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldA minimum of 2 - 3 years' working experience in xrtlpzc RecruitmentFamiliarity with recruitment software (such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals)Strong interviewing and assessment skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and handle multiple job openings simultaneouslyKnowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition strategiesProblem-solving & critical thinkingTime managementFull professional fluency in English - Please note that this is a fully English-speaking working environmentPackage: RAL between 30K – 35KLevel: 4th
