Ph3Position Mission /h3pThe Junior Buyer is actively supporting the rest of the Purchasing team for the procurement of a wide variety of commodities, materials (cots and customized ones), services, and equipment for the Company by taking in charge the needs expressed via purchase requisitions (RDA) into the MRP tool (SAP), requesting and negotiating related offers, issuing purchase orders and securing that order confirmation is received. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupplier selection and qualification (support) /liliScouting of the market via technical specifications and/or distributors analysis /liliQuotes analysis /liliConsolidation and realization of the supplier panel /liliIssue purchase orders in the system (SAP) /liliMonitor supplier quality performance /liliCoordination with the logistic planner /liliContinuous communication with the suppliers /liliFile, control and maintain the documentation generated /liliParticipate in the daily, weekly and monthly meeting of the department /liliComply with the quality and environment standards procedures and instructions /li /ulh3Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience /h3ulliMaster Degree in Engineering or Economics is a plus. /liliRequired at least 1 year of working experience in the same role /liliFluent in English (both in writing and in speaking) /liliProficiency in the use of SAP /liliRailway Sector experience is a plus /li /ulpSosteniamo la parità di genere e promuoviamo un atmosfera equo ed inclusivo.
