It functions as a Procurement Competence Center, a Global Real Estate Provider, a Business and People Care Service Manager, and an Environmental Risk Manager. Within the activities of the Customer Care & Service Delivery Unit, the role involves managing passive and active contracts of Leonardo Global Solutions, mainly Maintenance but also Soft Services. The responsibilities include : Ensuring the delivery of facility management services at assigned facilities, integrating these with the client. Interfacing with the client for operational needs, resolving complaints and issues, and strengthening customer loyalty. Assessing service needs, planning, and monitoring progress. Operationally managing contracts and relationships with suppliers. Supporting physical site preservation and surveillance activities, including environmental compliance. Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) against contractual service levels (SLAs), conducting internal reviews, and updating clients. Updating information systems. Monitoring site budgets and ensuring timely reporting. Educational Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Management, or Architecture. Technical Skills : Proven experience in managing facilities at a site (production GDO, commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial). Behavioral Skills : Adaptability, proactivity, listening skills, organizational capacity. Language Skills : Intermediate level of English. IT Skills : Office Suite, MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD.
