The Role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, delivery, and performance. This is an impactful, hands‑on leadership role where you will guide the production team, improve processes, and contribute to Thermon's culture of continuous improvement. What You Will Do
Supervise daily production activities in line with production plans and priorities
Lead, coach, and develop the production team, acting as a role model on the shop floor
Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and HSE policies
Drive Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives
Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, scrap, downtime, OEE) and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality
Manage production data and material flows in the ERP system
What You Bring
Strong leadership and people‑management skills
Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments
Solid knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement and structured problem solving
Ability to plan, prioritize, and make data‑driven decisions
Technical mindset with good understanding of processes, equipment, and costs
Strong communication skills in Italian & English
