Assistant Store Manager – San Martino Ovest, Parma
Assist a commercial restaurant chain in a dedicated team that promotes candidate experiences, competencies and potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client relationships according to company standards.
* Promote cross‑selling and assisted sales activities.
* Develop initiatives that improve the local performance.
* Monitor and constantly control the productivity indicators of the locale (sales, cost, personnel).
* Manage work shifts, training and supervise the team.
Required Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as Assistant Store / Restaurant Manager in a structured reality in the commercial restaurant sector.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* High problem‑solving ability.
Benefits and Contract
* Contract: fixed‑term or permanent direct employment.

* Salary and benefits: level 3 RAL commensurate with seniority. Annual target bonus. Company accommodation on site.
