Experteer Overview
In this role you partner with the Turkey business from Tiffany's Milan HQ to align HR initiatives with strategic goals. You will support payroll, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development across the Turkish unit, interfacing with the HR and LVMH teams. You’ll drive policy updates, ensure compliance, and enable a high-performance retail culture. This is a cross-border, transformation-focused HR role at a premium global brand looking to scale its talent impact.

* Review and update HR standards, policies, and programs to fit business needs and laws
* Maximize retail performance via data-driven goals and KPI setting
* Serve as HR lead for internal/external audits as required
* Manage monthly payroll and coordinate with external suppliers
* Implement payroll improvements and handle employment letters and admin docs
* Provide HR advisory to employees across all levels
* Lead performance management reviews and talent assessments
* Drive organizational transformation based on business needs
* Plan and oversee training strategies and induction programs
Responsabilità
* Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience
* Turkish, Italian and English fluency
* Retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
* Strong organizational agility and cross-functional collaboration
* Strategic thinking with ability to balance future trends and day-to-day tasks
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Turkish
* Problem solving, ambiguity handling, and conflict management abilities
* Willingness to travel for business
* Knowledge of Turkish labor regulations (preferred)
