Job Opportunity in Monza-Brianza, Italy Eurointerim S.p.A. - Società di Ricerca & Selezione del personale is seeking a professional for an important medical center to expand their team.
The selected candidate will provide operational support in daily organizational and administrative activities, contributing to the efficiency of the center and achieving objectives.
Main responsibilities include:
Front office activities and patient reception; Managing and updating the appointment calendar for healthcare professionals; Entering and recording invoices using dedicated management software; Handling telephone communications with patients and doctors for information, confirmations, and appointment organization.
The necessary requirements for this role are:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical office; Good computer skills; Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with punctuality, accuracy, and reliability.
The position is urgent, and immediate availability is required.
Type of employment: Fixed-term or permanent contract | CCNL Commerce
Salary: RAL of 25-30K, commensurate with profile and experience
Work hours: 3 days a week from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and 2 days from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Occasional Saturday mornings (once a month) availability is also required.
Work location: Milan (Central Station area)
