Project Finance AnalystPosition SummaryThe Project Finance Analyst will join the Corporate Finance team, working closely with the CFO, Senior Management team and the shareholder. Corporate Finance and M&A;, Reporting and Financial Control, Ad-hoc Finance Projects.Corporate Finance and M&A;: Support financial modeling, valuation, and integration planning for new acquisitions. Contribute to due diligence, investment analysis, and scenario modeling to optimize strategic decisions.Reporting and Financial Control: Month-end performance analysis, management reporting, and group consolidation activities. Prepare materials for board and shareholder reviews, ensuring accuracy, insight, and timeliness in all financial deliverables.Ad-hoc Finance Projects: Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving financial processes, data reliability, and cash management. Contribute to digital finance programs and the adoption of AI tools that enhance forecasting, analysis, and decision-making across the Group.
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.2-3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, with exposure to project finance, investment analysis, or reporting. Background in M&A;, transaction services, and/or experience within a Big Four advisory or audit firm is strongly preferred.Demonstrated analytical abilities and comfort with financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and reporting.Strong digital acumen with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and financial analysis tools.Experience in multinational settings and managing multiple projects is a plus.Fluent in English (written and spoken)
