On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Montenapoleone WATCHES & JEWELRY DEPUTY MANAGER/ LUXURY BRAND /MILAN (Montenapoleone) Responsibilities: - Support the Store Manager in the conduction of the Flagship Store - Team Management (about 5 people Staff) - Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand - Build a strong customer experience - Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability - Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level - Produce reports and specific analysis - Fluent spoken English and Italian - At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands: - Passion and knowledge of the managed product category - Passionate about luxury/fashion, art and design - Business driven and detailed oriented - Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers - Confident, enthusiastic and positive - Problem solving
