As we expand internationally, we’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team, someone who loves technology, fitness, and storytelling, and who’s ready to bring our brand to the next level. Your Mission You’ll join the team with the goal of amplifying Uptivo’s presence online and offline. You’ll help communicate how AI is reshaping the fitness industry, turning data into motivation and workouts into personalized experiences. What You’ll Do Social Media Management Plan and manage Uptivo’s social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn; occasionally TikTok, YouTube, and X) Create and publish content that strengthens brand identity and community engagement Track analytics and continuously refine our content strategy Content Creation & Copywriting Write high-impact copy for social posts, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns Create email marketing and promotional content with a clear narrative voice Tell the story of how AI and technology make training more human and connected Digital Advertising Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus Analyze KPIs, generate reports, and propose improvements Production & Creativity Produce and edit short videos for institutional and social use Design digital materials and visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools Develop engaging business presentations and pitch decks Marketing Operations Support the organization of national and international trade shows Coordinate photo and video shoots with creative partners Collaborate with agencies for website and digital updates Work closely with the sales and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives Manage CRM campaigns and customer databases What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in tech, sports, or digital marketing) Excellent English proficiency (B2 or higher) Strong storytelling and communication skills Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills A proactive, creative, and result-driven approach Premio Skills Basic knowledge of Shopify SEO or GEO marketing experience French language knowledge Passion for fitness, artificial intelligence, and software innovation What We Offer Permanent contract Real growth opportunities and skill development A chance to shape how AI transforms fitness motivation and retention A stimulating, international environment where innovation meets wellbeing How to Apply If you see yourself in this role and want to join Uptivo’s journey, send your CV and portfolio (if available) via LinkedIn or email with the subject line: Marketing Specialist – Uptivo.
