As Aeronautical Structure Designer at Leonardo Pomigliano, you shape the primary aircraft structure using composite and metallic designs. You will work within cross‐functional teams to support the Aircraft Digital Mock‐Up, sizing, and installation analyses, delivering Catia v5 3D models and 2D drawings. You contribute to interfaces with system, stress, and manufacturing teams, driving reliable, fabricable structural solutions. This role offers impact across design optimization, validation, and production readiness in a global aerospace group. Responsibilities Analyze requirements defined in Interface Control Documents Develop space allocation model for primary structure parts contributing to Aircraft Digital Mock‐Up Create stressed layouts for sizing of primary structure Assess installability of designed installations Use composite design software, with preference for Fibersim Release drawings of composite and metallic details (skins, stringers, panels, frames, ribs, fittings) Release drawings of assemblies and installations Produce Catia v5 3D models and 2D drawings or Model Based Design Prepare parts list with materials, standard parts, xrdztoy processes and installation notes Collaborate with System Installation Designers, Stress Analysts, Aerodynamics verifications, Manufacturing Engineering and Partner Designers Requirements Knowledge of mechanical engineering Preferred experience in CAD modelling for Aerospace Knowledge of Office packages Good level of written and spoken English (B2) #J-18808-Ljbffr
