Ph3Job Overview /h3 pWe are seeking an HSE Specialist to support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices within construction site operations in Perugia. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, company procedures, and client requirements, with a strong focus on temporary and mobile construction sites. In addition, the position contributes to the maintenance and development of the Company’s Management Systems and actively promotes a proactive health and safety culture across all phases of project execution. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the planning, implementation, and monitoring of HSE activities on construction sites. /li liEnsure compliance with Italian Health and Safety legislation, particularly Legislative Decree 81/08 and its amendments, with specific focus on Title IV (Temporary and Mobile Construction Sites). /li liReview and verify site documentation, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safety Plans (POS), Coordination and Safety Plans (PSC), permits, authorizations, and other HSE records. /li liConduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations to monitor compliance with legal and company requirements. /li liVerify the correct implementation of preventive and protective measures on site. /li liMonitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work equipment. /li liSupport Project and Site Management teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating HSE risks. /li liInvestigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and non-conformities, identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions. /li liPromote HSE awareness and support the delivery of toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training activities. /li liParticipate in emergency preparedness activities, drills, and response planning. /li liInterface with clients, subcontractors, Safety Coordinators, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders on HSE matters. /li liSupport contractor management processes, including qualification, onboarding, and performance monitoring. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health Safety, Prevention Techniques, or a related field. /li liPrevious experience (minimum 5 years) in an HSE role within construction, engineering, infrastructure, industrial installation, or maintenance projects. /li liStrong knowledge of Italian Health and Safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/08), particularly Title IV. /li liKnowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 Management Systems. /li liExperience conducting site inspections, audits, and compliance assessments. /li liStrong documentation and reporting skills. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications. /li liAvailability to work primarily at the Perugia construction site and travel when required. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liThe position will be hired under the Company's Rome operational office. /li liThe successful candidate will be primarily assigned to the Company's construction site in Perugia. /li liDepending on business and project requirements, the employee may be required to work at other construction sites, operational facilities, or Company locations throughout Italy. /li /ul h3Compensation and Employment Terms /h3 pThe employment level and compensation package will be determined based on the requirements of the role, the candidate's skills, qualifications, and professional experience. The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €30,000 to €40,000, in addition to any benefits and contractual provisions provided under the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
