To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to join the Tech team and drive innovation in the mental health market.
AS A SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER, YOU WILL:
* Manage and lead a team of around 5-8 engineers, ensuring they are motivated and empowered to achieve their goals, fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners and other engineering teams to define and deliver strategies for improving Unobravo’s patient experience and expanding access to mental health support.
* Ensure your team focuses on delivering impact through data-driven experimentation, not just features.
* Lead a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team, encouraging innovation, staying ahead of industry trends and technologies, and implementing best practices and process improvements.
* Engage in communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership, providing clear guidance and creating a focus space for engineers to excel.
* Maintain technical proficiency, stay updated on relevant technologies, and contribute code or architectural insights as needed to meet team goals and ensure progress.
YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:
* You have previous experience as a Software Engineering Manager in a growth or direct-to-consumer product team, optimizing user journeys and building high-trust product experiences.
* You have collaborated closely with product managers and cross-functional roles, sharing accountability for success.
* You possess strong knowledge of technologies for building web and mobile applications, including TypeScript, Node.js, React Native, and AWS.
* You have a business-oriented mindset, ensuring your team maximizes impact for patients, therapists, and the business.
* You have experience leading data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytical tools, experimentation, and processes to drive outcomes.
* You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and high autonomy.
* You have significant experience managing people in product-focused engineering teams.
* You are fluent in English.
