About the Role _ The Accounts Assistant will support the accountants for Italy and France in the day-to-day business activities. You will work closely with the accountants to ensure that all Information captured onto the accounting system Is accurate, well presented, and timely. Key Activities - Matching of supplier invoices with the related purchase orders, ensuring we are invoiced for what we have ordered (quantity and price) - Registration of the matched supplier Invoices on the accounting system - Registration of bank entries onto the accounting system, matching receipts to outstanding customer Invoices - Reconciliation of the bank accounts - Management and preparation of the Intrastat reporting In line with regulations - Filing and archiving of documents - Assistance with debt collection of overdue customer Invoices - Ad hoc finance related tasks Key Skills / Attributes - Good communication skills - Ability to work well within a team environment - Excellent time management skills - Organisation skills - Technical accounting experience - Ability to work proactively and contribute to improvements - Problem-solving skills - Strong Microsoft Excel ability - English proficiency would be preferable, but is not a prerequisite Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato Durata contratto: 3 mesi Stipendio: €20.000,00 - €24.000,00 all'anno Benefit: - Lavoro da casa - Partecipazione agli utili Orario: - Dal lunedì al venerdì Possibilità di pendolarismo/trasferimento: - 00030 San Cesareo, RM: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Preferenziale) Lingua: - English (Obbligatorio)
