* Execute laboratory experiments and perform basic data analysis.
* Prepare simple formulations and adjust formulas based on quality checks.
* Record results, conduct simple calculations, and prepare basic technical summaries or reports.
* Document all formulation steps accurately in the lab notebook.
* Perform equipment audits and routine maintenance checks.
* Set up equipment and mix chemical solutions by following instructions, SOPs, and checklists.
* Assist colleagues with simple operations or tasks as needed.
* Use laboratory software and digital tools to record and manage data.
* Comply with all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
* Perform routine safety checks on laboratory instruments to ensure proper operation.

Requirements
* Mandatory experience in the paint/coatings industry (1-2 years minimum).
* Previous laboratory work experience.
* Ability to execute simple formulations and follow established testing procedures.
* Basic data‑analysis capability and accurate documentation skills.
* Ability to organize work efficiently and follow instructions and checklists carefully.
* Attention to detail and reliability in performing repetitive or routine tasks.
* Basic computer literacy for data entry and report preparation.
* Intermediate English level B2.
* High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a chemistry‑related vocational qualification.
