We maintain and optimize technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse Delivery Network. /p h3PURPOSE OF THE JOB /h3 pWe are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Supervisor. The focus of the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Supervisor role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement. /p pShift Pattern: Day Shift /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liPromote Safe working practices in all work carried out ensuring compliance with amazon safety standards and regulations. /li liDaily shift report analysis: /li liWeekly Cycle Count (Physical Inventory) /li liReview Stock Health (Stock Health) /li liEnsure high levels of equipment availability/reliability to operations team /li liSpare parts orders /li liTrack the Stockouts and dive deep /li liData analysis from Reports and Dashboards /li liPerform spare parts regular survey to detect any gap and inform line manager with the needed spares /li liAssign WOs to Shifts /li liAnalyze the Physical Inventory discrepancies and recurrences /li /ul h3A day in the life /h3 pDaily Monitor and respond to RME customers requests through trouble ticketing system and always show customer obsession behavior. /p pPlan and observe the annual maintenance contracts vendor activities within the shift and prepare for upcoming shifts /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liEngineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical /li liUnderstanding of CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) /li liBasic Knowledge planned preventative maintenance systems. /li liBasic Knowledge about Mechanical and Electrical spare parts /li liBasic Knowledge in reading both mechanical and electrical drawings. /li liBasic Knowledge in maintenance, motor controllers/inverters and transmission systems /li liUAE National with Family Book /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul li1-2 years of experience within relevant field /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
