The part you'll play
As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the relationship between the brand and buyers. Serving as a liaison between our brand and wholesale clients, you will ensure that the showroom is a reflection of our brand’s image and values. You will provide an exceptional level of customer service while assisting in driving the success of the Pre-Summer 26 campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales Support :
Present the collection to clients, ensuring an exceptional brand experience.
Respond to client enquiries with accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
Assist in executing marketing initiatives and promotional events within the showroom.
Showroom Operations & Organisation :
Maintain an organised and visually appealing showroom that reflects the brand’s image.
Support inventory management and ensure products are readily available for showroom visits.
Order Processing & Inventory Management:
Upload and manage buyers’ initial orders according to company guidelines.
What you’ll bring
Essential skills for success in this role include strong communication, attention to detail, and a keen eye for fashion trends.
Previous retail experience in luxury Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle brands.
Passion for exceptional customer service and interest in fashion industry trends.
Ability to work well in team and under pressure.
Highly organized with attention to detail, especially in showroom presentation and inventory management.
Italian and English proficiency written and spoken are mandatory. An additional language will be considered a plus.
Fixed-Term Contract. Availability to work in Milan from 19th May to 13th June ’25 (weekends and bank holidays included).
