Program Details
The next program will start in October 2026. The location of the contract may be based in Germany (preferred) or Italy, depending on the successful candidate. This 18‑month development opportunity consists of three rotations across Amcor plants in Europe.
Role Overview
As an Amcor Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives – by supporting plant‑based daily activities as well as being involved in the central European projects, together with your Manager and Supervisors. You will have a chance to prove your skills on different levels, getting involved with various projects and collaborating with numerous stakeholders with different backgrounds, experience, and seniority. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.
Responsibilities
- Get well‑rounded understanding of production processes for beverage packaging products, by working closely with Regional Operations Director, as well as Plant Operations Managers.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, maintenance, engineering and quality teams during process improvement and automation projects.
- Support Lean Management and digitalization initiatives focused on process optimization, operations efficiency and cost reduction.
- Analyse and calculate business benefits after rollout of improvement projects.
- Contribute to development of lean production layout to optimize material flow, workspace utilisation and workforce efficiency.
