Responsibilities

The Brand CRM Analyst is responsible for supporting customer data management and analytics activities for luxury brands. It implements the guidelines of the Brand CRM Director and the Data Scientist to construct a centralized customer database at WW level for all the Group's brands. The role has a holistic view of the consumer and aims to drive data‐driven insights and effective Brand CRM policies. Key objectives include supporting and managing the customer database across the Group.

* Contribute to data analysis and define data collection processes for luxury brands from an omnichannel perspective.
* Analyze and profile interaction and purchasing behavior using appropriate statistical methodologies.
* Stay current with main web data analysis tools and their developments.
* Ensure data quality and governance across channels.
* Lead training activities for Brand CRMs on customer data collection and management.
* Define standard metrics and KPIs to measure consumer engagement, acquisition and retention from an omnichannel perspective.
* Promote evolving consumer analysis metrics and knowledge of processes, consumers, and markets.
* Develop strategic thinking on data visualization to support stakeholder understanding of behavioral clusters.
* Collaborate with Brand CRM Supervisors to share results and benchmarks.
* Ensure Customer Strategy targets and Customer Interaction Plan align with Corporate CRM guidelines.
* Independently manage parts of CRM projects, reporting progress, critical issues and emerging concerns to the CRM Director.
* Apply a project management approach to respect deadlines, costs and standards.
* Supervise projects through post go-live phases and promote ongoing learning and digital innovation.
* Promote and develop use of digital technologies to improve processes and stakeholder relationships.
* Support sustainable development practices in environmental care, business processes and organizational community.

Qualifications

* 1.01 Data analysis responsibilities and contribute to data collection processes for luxury brands from an omnichannel perspective.
* 1.02 Analyze and profile consumer interaction and purchasing behavior using statistical methods.
* 1.03 Knowledge of main web data analysis tools and ongoing updates.
* 1.04 Maintain data quality through data review.
* 1.05 Verify data governance and usability across channels.
* 1.06 Conduct training related to customer data collection and management.
* 1.07 Define standard metrics and KPIs for consumer engagement and retention from an omnichannel view.
* 1.08 Develop evolving consumer analysis metrics as processes and markets grow.
* 1.09 Develop data visualization insights to communicate behavioral clusters to internal stakeholders.
* 1.10 Interact with Brand CRM Supervisors to share results and benchmarks.
* 1.11 Ensure alignment of Customer Strategy targets with Corporate CRM guidelines.
* 1.12 Manage parts of CRM projects independently, with reporting to the CRM Director.
* 1.13 Apply project management practices to meet deadlines, costs and standards.
* 1.14 Oversee projects through post go-live phases.
* 1.15 Promote ongoing learning and digital activity to improve effectiveness.
* 1.16 Promote digital technologies in process management and stakeholder interactions.
* 1.17 Promote sustainable development behaviors within the role and organization.

Requirements

* Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Statistics or Economics.
* Analytical mindset applicable to the fashion industry.
* Previous experience in similar roles is a plus.
* Good English knowledge (B2 level).
* Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Excel (mandatory) and Tableau (a plus).
* Team-oriented attitude.
