Performing all the activities related to international shipments and export documentation. /li /ul h3Duties responsibilities /h3 ul liReview Purchase Order and all the contractual documentation to check any discrepancies and prevent any misunderstanding that could potentially cause delays. /li liEnsure that the vendor supply schedule covers all the supply cycle phases (engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, preparation for shipment and transport) and its compliance with contract delivery terms and dates. /li liVerify and expedite the issuance of all post-order documents by Vendor, like ITP, QCP, GAD etc. /li liFacilitate the interface between Vendors and Contractor Functions (i.e. Engineering Department) involved in the supply chain activities. /li liProvide reliable and up-to-date information on supply progress status according to the delivery criticality. /li liMonitor all supply chain phases to timely identify and manage any potential cause of delay, and mitigate delays already detected. /li liEnsure timely availability of material certificate and test report prior the release of goods. /li liGuarantee Oracle exhaustive and punctual updating. /li liEnsure the correct issuance of Goods Receipts and release of achieved Milestones. /li liEnsure continuous correct forecasting of Milestones achievement as well as Goods expected delivery dates. /li liEnsure timely availability of suitable shipping documentation to allow the shipping and transportation of the purchased materials. /li liUse of INCOTERMS 2020 edition. /li liWhen Goods are ready for the shipment, issue a dedicated request of quotation to different freight forwarders to check and book the best service for the transportation of the Job Site. /li liArrange and ensure that all the logistic aspects are in place before proceeding with the shipment. /li liInform the management of the project about the delivery times. /li liProvide the warehouse and the administrative department with the information necessary to the issuance of the shipping documentation (packing list and invoice) /li liCoordinate with the colleagues at destination to be sure that all documentation is in place for the import customs formalities. /li /ul h3Required competences /h3 ul liAt least 4 years’ experience with EPC contractor or shipping company. /li liAptitude to the teamwork. /li liGood knowledge of customs and INCOTERMS. /li liGood in English language. /li liGood knowledge and practice of IT programs (Excel, Word, Power Point). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree or diploma /li /ul h3Location /h3 ul liPesaro (PU) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
