The Planner works across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and sales to balance inventory levels, capacity, and lead times using forecasting data, sales trends, and production capabilities. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand. /li liCoordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources needed for production. /li liMonitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses. /li liCollaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues. /li liAnalyze production data for process improvements or efficiency enhancements. /li liMaintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and order fulfillment. /li liUnderstand customer priorities and align with production to ensure the company meets customer expectations. /li liProcess and manage all orders launched in SAP ERP and manage backlog reports. /li liCoordinate with Shipping and Receiving on incoming orders and deliveries requested by the customer. /li liCollaborate and communicate with departments to ensure finished goods are flowing to the shipping area. /li liCollect all data necessary for invoice packages on outgoing orders. /li liWork in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh School or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related fields. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liExcellent organizational and time‑management skills. /li liProficient in scheduling software, MS Office applications, and SAP Production. /li liPreferred experience as a production scheduler or in a similar role. /li liEffective communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. /li liAbility to learn and adapt to various operating systems and software. /li liExcellent attention to detail. /li /ul h3Work Environment /h3 pThis full‑time position operates in both an office and a manufacturing environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
