PbJob Title : Motorcycle Service Operations Manager /b /ppThis position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motorcycle service network, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional after-sales support and care. /ppbMain Responsibilities : /b /pulliMonitor and improve service quality across all dealerships and service centers. /liliAnalyze workshop workflows and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. /liliDevelop and implement strategies to boost efficiency and service standards. /liliDesign and roll out technical and administrative training programs for dealership staff. /liliTrack after-sales KPIs and produce regular performance reports. /liliAct as primary liaison between QJ Motor and its dealers / service centers. /liliFoster clear communication and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders. /liliWork closely with Product, Logistics, Warranty and Finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes. /liliLead or support special initiatives as assigned by management. /liliSchedule regular meetings with dealerships to discuss progress and address concerns. /li /ulpbRequirements : /b /pulliMinimum 10 years experience in after-sales roles within the motorcycle sector. /liliIn-depth knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, electronics and diagnostics. /liliAdvanced data analysis and reporting proficiency. /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and confidence in managing external partnerships. /liliValid driver's license required. /li /ulpbLanguage Requirements : /b /pulliFluent in English (both written and spoken). /liliBonus points for additional language proficiency. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
