Join Our Mission as a Sales Specialist - Diabetes Care (Central Italy): Are you passionate about improving the lives of people with diabetes? Abbott Diabetes Care is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Central Italy, reporting to the Area Manager. What You’ll Do: As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for increasing sales and market share of Abbott’s diabetes products across your assigned territory. You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors to promote our solutions and support patient access. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing sales plans to grow the Abbott Diabetes Care business - Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and pharmacy partners - Collaborating with distributors and their agents on pharmacy-focused projects - Conducting regular customer visits and reporting weekly activity - Staying up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity - Ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and quality standards What You Bring: We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional with a strong commercial mindset.
