We are seeking our Country Finance Manager for Italy – a driven and strategic leader who thrives in an international and matrixed, performance‑driven B2B environment and is passionate about developing people, business partnering, tackling challenges and delivering results. /ppAs the Country Finance Manager within Dometic, you will act as a business partner to Management, contributing to the definition of company strategies and the improvement of economic and operational performance. You will have full responsibility for the Finance function of the Italian operations, ensuring solid administrative processes, high‑quality reporting, and strategic support to local management and the Group. The role covers 3 legal entities including 2 plants, a warehouse and a sales company, and will support several business units. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead, coach and develop the finance team, evolving processes, creating structure and a data‑driven culture.
