TRC is looking for a high‑judgment individual to join us as an Audit & Compliance Manager to assess carriers’ compliance against contractual and legal requirements, and drive a compliance culture both internally and externally.We are looking for an individual with strong audit experience, preferably in transport, who can apply their expertise to:Conduct and manage thorough carrier assessments.Identify compliance, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks at carrier and control level, and propose risk‑mitigation solutions.Deliver detailed finding and recommendation reports for both carriers and business teams (e.g., Legal, Carrier Operations, etc.).The successful candidate will have exceptional investigation and attention to details aptitudes, as well as a strong data‑driven mindset and capabilities, but also excellent soft skills for building trustworthy relationships with stakeholders, peers, and carriers.
