You'd have a great opportunity to work between the Italian engineering team and the German techncial group, working on industry leading projects. /ppThe company /ppThe company currently works across 6 countries across Europe, providing late stage support across solar and BESS projects at utility scale. In Italy alone, they have over 190MW in OM stages across a team of over 40 employees. This group supports on both designs and techncial engineering work, but also field based operational services. Their work covers both new EPC building of solar parks, repowering old assets and operations and maintenance of existing assets. Their portfolio also consists of solar and BESS. /ppThey have a strong culture across the entire group, but a local subset to the culture in the Italian team. They are really looking for somebody who can join and add their own personality to this culture also. /ppThe role: /ppThis position is brand new for the group, so the full scope is yet to be defined by the right individual. You'll need be ready for a challenge as the work is varied and at times complex. You'll be reporting to both the Head of Engineering based in Germany, and also the CTO in Italy. /ppThe main responsibilities include: /pp- PV Designs, using relevant software. /pp- Working across the full project lifecycle on both pre-construction and construction of OV plants. /pp- Full techncial work across early stage design, detailed engineering for grid requirements, regulations and contracts. /pp- Project CAPEX estimations. /pp- Leading EPC tendering, drafting, reviewing techncial scopes. /pp- Construction progress and techncial compliance. /ppWhat we need from you: /pp- A background in electrical engineering, doing the hands on design work. /pp- Working on renewables - either utility or rooftop scale. /pp- Willingness to work on the designs yourself. /ppIf this sounds like the right role, please apply and we can discuss further! /p
