Reporting to the Industrialization Manager, he/she performs industrialization activities for new and revised products, The resource is responsible for transitioning products from development to large-scale productionEssential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate, supervised by Industrialization Manager, will perform the following activities:
Collaborate closely with RD and manufacturing teams to ensure a smooth transition from prototype to full-scale production
Optimize wiring harnesses and integrate electronic modules into electromechanical systems
Define and optimize manufacturing processes, introducing new technologies when needed
Support the validation of manufacturing processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) in accordance with regulatory standards
Leads prototype activities
Prepare and update technical documentation (Work Instructions, prototype assembly reports, test protocol, test report, etc..)
Running risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used (PFMEA)
Perform root cause analysis of complaints and produce the resulting report
Analyze and resolve production issues to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
Work closely with suppliers and production teams to optimize components and processes
Monitor production KPIs and propose solutions for continuous improvement
Work Experience – Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical device industry or other highly regulated sectors (e.g., automotive, aerospace)
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical drawings
Knowledge of processes of raw material transformation (metal machining, forming, injection molding)
Hands-on experience with wiring design and optimization, including harnesses, connectors, shielding
Strong problem solving skills
Writing of technical documentation (specification and reports)
Ability to work independently and in teamEducational Requirements
High school diploma (scientific, mechanical or similar) or bachelor’s degree industrial/Electronic/Biomedical Engineering
Written and spoken English language (level B1)the compensation will be commensurate with experience
