Job Description:
A successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for understanding business and technical requirements of clients to identify and offer the best solution to customers and businesses. This involves coordinating the CAS champions team at DPS to put in place actions that align with customer indications and expand the customer culture across site departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the BM team to handle business relationships with all DPS customers.
- Supporting the PDS Site Leader in running the commercial business at the PDS department to meet customer expectations.
- Actively participating and leading business relationships and contractual discussions to support sales and global leadership teams in building opportunities for new business and business expansion.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical/chemical industry and CMO manufacturing processes, as well as excellent analytical and relationship skills at all levels. A proven track record of leading teams and proficiency in English and Italian are also essential requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in account management and a customer-facing role.
- Proven experience leading teams (People manager).
- Proficient English (speaking, reading, writing) and Italian.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team-based environment, as well as in a matrix organization.
