To strengthen our Team for our Southern European Sales Region, we are looking for an eager and enthusiastic Allocator Analyst in a fashion growing reality in Milan.
Our Southern European sales region consist of the countries Italy, Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Greece and Malta, with its HQ in Milan.
The Allocator Analyst is providing support for the planning and forecasting processes for the brand business to ensure company financial objectives are achieved. This position will provide strategic and analytical support to merchandising through all phases of product life cycle (pre-season and in season) and will collaborate with cross functional business stakeholders to ensure sales, gross margin, and key investment goals are achieved.
General Responsibilities
1. Work closely with merchandise team
2. Analyse product and collection performance and give input on collection evolution and/or in-season actions to drive better sales
3. Coordinate with the Product Merchandiser the EOS Process.
4. Work closely with merchandise team to guarantee the correct coverage and maximize Sales and ST% in our Retail Channel.
5. Support the relevant departments with analysis of previous season performance for the Forecasting and Buying Process.
The key responsibilities of the Allocator Analyst are:
Allocation – 60%
6. Coordinate Efficient movement of stock between stores to constantly optimize sell through
7. Coordinating returns by the end of season to the South warehouse and stock movements to the outlet.
8. Analysing sold products and Stock levels in all stores.
9. Consolidation of in season stock
Collection Performance reporting and Stock Control – 40%
10. Work directly with South European stakeholders for weekly checking and reporting
11. Stock ownership tasks
12. Provide sell in and sell out data on ongoing and past seasons.
13. cooperate with the South Merchandiser in the Forecasting and Buying activities for both Channel Wholesale and Retail.
Provide market reports
14. Feedback to the product team on SKU performance
15. Feedback on size splits in the markets
16. Give input on current store grading to optimize cross docks to stores (main orders)
17. Periodical meeting with the south merchandise to align on activities
18. Periodical meeting with the Commercial team to provide analysis and reports
Education
19. Degree or equivalent working experience
20. Experience from the fashion industry is preferred, but not mandatory
Experience
•Minimum of 3 years of working experience within a Merchandising role preferably in an international retail organization (analysis – allocation and reporting)
•Experience with SAP
•Experience with Microsoft Excel

•Italian (mother tongue knowledge)
•Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•Additional language skills specific to the substructure/market (native/or near-native), written and spoken. Spanish and/or French would be a plus
