What you’ll do:
* Plan, build, and implement Casino BTL campaigns targeting multiple customer segments across the lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, retention, reactivation, cross-sell), ensuring timely and relevant player communications.
* Use behavioral insights and segmentation models to deliver highly personalized offers and journeys via Optimove, optimizing for impact and customer value.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, extracting actionable insights to refine targeting, messaging, and timing. Propose improvements and contribute to ongoing testing and optimization efforts.
* Collaborate with BI, Product, and Content teams to ensure data accuracy, promotional relevance, and timely execution of campaigns.
* Maintain campaign reporting and operational processes to ensure flawless execution and internal visibility.
* Support the Casino BTL Promotion Manager in identifying new promotional opportunities and improving campaign effectiveness across segments and channels.
* Act as second-level support for issues related to BTL Casino campaigns, collaborating with Customer Care and Tech teams to ensure timely resolution and a seamless player experience.
What you’ll bring:
* 3+ years of experience in CRM, promotions, or campaign management, ideally in the online gaming industry or a similarly fast-paced, data-driven environment.
* Solid knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaign logic.
* Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation platforms (e.g. Optimove or similar).
* Strong analytical mentality and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into actionable next steps.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel.
* Collaborative teammate with strong communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English.
* Passion for Casino products and the gaming industry, with a customer-centric approach to problem solving.
