Your Role
We are in business to save our home planet. You will help us create an exceptional experience for customers and promote positive community impact through store activities, activism, and advocacy. Our stores support local environmental groups through donations, volunteering, and events that foster activism and engagement.
Main Tasks
1. Welcome, assist, and engage customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
2. Address each customer’s specific needs with kindness and creativity, treating everyone with respect and professionalism.
3. Share your knowledge of core sports and products, along with your passion for the environment, to support grassroots groups and engage customers.
4. Contribute to the store’s success through customer service, merchandising, operations, events, and environmental activism.
5. Manage daily store operations including stock replenishment, operating the cash register, and store maintenance.
What We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in retail or outdoor industries.
* Participation or interest in core sports such as climbing, skiing, snowboarding, surfing, fly fishing, mountain biking, or trail running.
