About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Communication professional to join our dynamic team at PT Bambu-Bambu' in Badung, Bali.
As a full-time Marketing Communication specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns that effectively promote our range of high-quality bamboo products to our growing customer base.
What you'll be doingCrafting compelling marketing content including social media posts, email newsletters, brochures and other promotional materials
Managing and optimising our social media presence across key platforms to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored marketing strategies for key accounts and target markets
Analysing marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future campaign planning
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing activities remain innovative and effective
Supporting the broader marketing team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
What we're looking forProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication campaigns, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry
Outstanding copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for design
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and using analytics to measure and optimise performance
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Passion for the bamboo industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of a sustainable brand
