Ph3Job Overview /h3 pGi Pro Mechanics 4.0 is the Gi Group specialization dedicated to enhancing mechanical, mechatronic, and electromechanical skills. /p pWe are recruiting for bFAB SRL /b, a historic company based in Petriano (Pesaro-Urbino), which produces components for the furniture industry. /p pPosition: bMaintenance Technician – Electromechanical /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDiagnose problems and perform first intervention to restore machines and equipment. /li liAssemble and disassemble simple and complex machines. /li liRepair or replace bearings, gears, shafts, etc. /li liDiagnose electric drives (control panels, inverters, etc.) with a good level of electrical intervention. /li liInitial intervention on operational machines (sewing machines, drilling machines, work centers, etc.). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum two years of experience in similar activities. /li liAbility to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. /li liManual dexterity and skill with major workshop tools. /li liMechanical and electrical knowledge of CNC machines. /li liAnalytical thinking, problem‑solving attitude, relational and organizational skills. /li /ul h3Working Hours /h3 p40 hours per week, Monday to Friday across three shifts. Availability for Saturday morning overtime is required. /p h3Contractual Offer /h3 pInitial fixed‑term contract with the potential for immediate transition to a permanent contract for candidates meeting the requirements.
