Ph3Field Service Engineer /h3 pSupporting the technical needs of Philips customers providing maintenance and installation to HealthTech products services (Hospital Ambulatory Monitoring solutions) maximizing customer satisfaction by seeking opportunities to support our customers further and deliver value within an assigned geographical area. /p h3Your role : /h3 pBuild credibility and trust with customers by conducting pro-active customer visits. /p pProvide appropriate timely and regular communications to customer and internal key stakeholders regarding customer and equipment issues. /p pDemonstrate a sense of urgency to identify and resolve customer issues. Follow the appropriate escalation process. /p pProvide exceptional customer service by adhering to customer entitlements setting clear expectations meeting commitments and arrival times. Understand customers business and competitive environment. /p pManage company assets effectively in accordance with established Philips processes and guidelines including labour time parts ordering and returns tools and test equipment calibration purchase orders equipment company vehicles business expenditures etc. /p pMust be qualified and perform work in at least one modality but may be asked to become qualified in and perform work in multiple modalities. Maintains knowledge of technical advances and current industry trends seeking out formal and informal training opportunities. /p pIndependently resolve equipment and customer issues. /p h3Youre the right fit if you have : /h3 pBA Degree or High school graduate or vocational certification in electronics biomedical equipment servicing / engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in the electronics industry preferably in a Health Tech environment. /p pUnderstand and apply electronic mechanical and networking theory to install diagnose and repair equipment including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment. /p pStrong organizational skills self-disciplined and the ability to work independently. /p pAbility to effectively operate in a team driven environment to achieve assigned goals and objectives. /p pAbility to adapt to changing work requirements in a complex fast-paced environment. /p pGood oral and written communication skills in English in addition to Italian as local language. /p pAvailable to travel /p h3How we work together /h3 pWe believe that we are better together than apart.
