SERVICE MANAGER INFRASTRUTTURALE_ASSURANCE IT, Cassano d'AddaLocation: Cassano d'Adda, ItalyAPL Network S.R.L. is seeking a SERVICE MANAGER INFRASTRUTTURALE_ASSURANCE IT for a client operating in the Bologna area.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing vendor resources to ensure compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) contractual obligations.Monitoring the systems' performance and quality, overseeing ticket status, and planning maintenance activities.Coordinating and supervising internal operational teams and external vendors providing various services (Help Desk, miscellaneous assistance) during faults or incidents.Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company.Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to meet operational objectives.Producing periodic activity reports and analysis for improvement, including documentation verification and recovery from the Delivery Area repository.Ensuring complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures.Possessing knowledge of physical security systems such as surveillance, access control, and intrusion alarms, including architecture, components, and operation.Familiarity with Acantho platforms: BMC Helix (for ticket and SLA management) and Genetec Security Center.The activity is primarily on-site but remote work is considered.Schedule: Part-time 50%Contract Duration: From April 15 to December 31, 2025This advertisement is open to all genders, ages, and nationalities, in accordance with laws 903/77, 125/91, and legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
