Customers’ qualifications specialist
for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
We offer an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.
CCNL Metalworking Industry, level B1, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus meal vouchers.

Responsabilità
The resource analyzes, manages, and prepares general and administrative documents for Customers’ qualification requests.
A deep and accurate analysis of requests is a crucial step to involve sales/ commercial team and other proper functions promptly, reduce working time and ensure the respect of due dates and fluidity of workload, also considering that requests are even more customer’s specific along with increased complexity.
The activity has a huge impact both in terms of orders, convertibility, and cash returns, due to the close connection with proposals and invoices management, also through specific portals’ registration as per Customers’ demand., will have to:
- The specialist retrieves and validates information required
- Involves proper functions inside and outside our company
- Highlights possible issues inside the package preparing process and/or company’s registration process on Customers/Third parties portals (e.g. timing, confidentiality of some information, fee payment)
- Becomes familiar with the company organization, structure and product portfolio
- Developing experience of managing/preparing complex administrative documents/certificates/letters required for RFQ, participation to national and international public tenders, registration on e-procurement worldwide platforms, also dealing with external entities for specific requirements on documents, such as Embassies, Chamber of Commerce
- Prior to sign and send to Customers the final package of documentation/certificates and/or upload them on Customers/third party e-procurement’ portals, the specialist reviews and validates the package with legal and/or compliance counsel, to ensure data quality and completeness and avoid a legal risk exposure for company.
