What if your
next job was about...
You will be responsible for quality assurance in the Coater production department where the thin flat glass is coated for various Automotive applications for customers all over the world.
This means:
* Being responsible for the organization of the quality activities in the various production campaigns
* Managing the quality team that exists of 2 employees and indirectly the quality controllers who work in a the week and weekendshifts
* Developing and coordinating quality controls and monitoring the glass quality
* Analyzing and interpreting the results and making a final decision regarding the glass quality
* Informing and coaching employees and securing knowledge and experience by documenting and organizing training to ensure the competencies of the employees
* Preparing quality reports for internal and external customers and being closely involved in internal and external audits
* Structurally contribute to improvements with the view to optimizing quality
* Helping to develop the safety policy in the department, motivating employees regarding a safe working attitude, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations and order and cleanliness
* You are the point of contact for customers with regard to quality, analyze customer reactions and complaints and formulate an appropriate action
* You report to the manager Coater
Are you the perfect match ?
* You have a Master's degree or equivalent by experience (technically oriented) and would like to work in an industrial, international environment
* You have a pronounced affinity with quality and continuous improvement
* You have strong organizational skills, know how to set priorities and can make well-considered decisions
* You like to work in a team towards a common goal and know how to bring out the best in employees
* You are strong in data-driven analyses & accurate in your reporting
* You have good technical insight and see problem-solving as a challenge
* You have good communication skills in Dutch and English, French is a plus
