1. Execute client orders given over the telephone or any other approved method/medium.
2. Reconciling trading platforms, counterparty balances
3. Facilitate Trading Desk operations both for European and US markets
4. Monitor and manage trading applications – connectivity/pricing/administration.
5. Communicate product technicalities to existing clients in clear and transparent manner.
6. Provide training to existing clients in relation to the selected trading platforms via demo account.
7. Investigation of client complaints regarding execution.
8. Trade order creation and execution.
9. Execution of client orders when requested after client identity verification and availability of funds.
10. Post trade processing and resolving trade settlement issues in a timely manner.
11. Research and process corporate actions (i.e., tender offers)
12. Client Reporting Support
13. Support Investment research & reporting to Management or the Competent Authorities
14. Investment and Operational Projects as needed and requested by Management.
15. Other related duties the management sees needed and fit.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
16. Up to 1 years’ experience .
17. Holder of a bachelor’s degree.
18. Previous experience in the Financial Service Industry will be considered an advantage.
19. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is a must.
20. Strong analytical skill
21. The position has 8 hours shifts of 9.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.
